Chicken Katsu

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast Halves (skinless, boneless): 4Chicken Katsu
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • All-Purpose Flour: 2 tbsp
  • Egg (beaten): 1
  • Bread Crumbs: 1 cup
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1.  Flatten the chicken breasts to ½-inch thickness.
  2. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Roll the chicken into flour, and dip into the beaten egg. Lastly, coat into bread crumbs nicely.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat and fry the chicken, until golden brown on all sides.
