Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast Halves (skinless, boneless): 4
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- All-Purpose Flour: 2 tbsp
- Egg (beaten): 1
- Bread Crumbs: 1 cup
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Flatten the chicken breasts to ½-inch thickness.
- Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Roll the chicken into flour, and dip into the beaten egg. Lastly, coat into bread crumbs nicely.
- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium-high heat and fry the chicken, until golden brown on all sides.
